I love Dr. Mata and the staff.I have been seeing her since 2002 when I first moved to Houston and was pregnant with my first child. In 2003, we moved to California and I found out that I was pregnant with my second child in 2005. After I had my first OB visit in California, I left the Drs. disappointed after not receiving the same outstanding service, friendliness etc. that I had rec'd with Dr. Mata. After that day, I flew back to Houston MONTHLY to receive my OB checkups from Dr. Mata. We relocated back to Houston towards the end of my preganancy just in time for me continue my visits with Dr. Mata but locally instead of flying in monthly. Here's the amazing part. We were in California for 2 years when I started flying in. They (Dr. Mata & Alice) remembered EVERYTHING about me and my husband. They knew him by name, asked how was his seminary experience coming along, they remembered all of the info. we had shared with them 2 yrs. earlier. I cannot say enough about Dr. Mata. (Can you... Over the past 11 years I saw approximately 5 different ob/gyn's and 3 regular doctors in an effort to discover the cause of my severe monthly cramps, extraordinary bleeding and terrible leg pain. Not one of them found a problem and I was always sent home. After a particularly difficult month I tried again and went to a new doctor in our area. In less than 15 minutes she had a diagnosis of fibroids and adenomyosis. I was immediately scheduled for a hysterectomy, post surgery this doctor has seen me weekly and she has made recovery a breeze. She is friendly, fun loving, knowledgeable and efficient, she wanted me out of pain and fast! Whitney Thoma is an amazing doctor and I give her a 10!

Absolutely the BEST doctor!! Not only did he deliver my 2 children but I also worked in the obstetrics dept in hospital and got to see what an outstanding professional, compassionate individual he is!! As a patient, I would feel in complete ease as soon as he would walk in the door. He is gentle, patient, compassionate, & always has everything under control..He is absolutely by far the best OB in the area!!

i recommend dr. Zandieh to all pregnant women. he was truly amazing throughout my pregnancy and my dilivery. he is very kind and compationate. i would never use any other dr. but him.

I am 4 weeks post-op for TAH (kept ovaries), 7" vertical incision with approx. 9+ lbs of fibroids and uterus removed. Dr. Land was great! Very patient with my many questions and apprehensions. Explained everything in the detailed manner I needed it to be. Felt even more confident when he laid out his game plan, including placement of ureteral stents (d/t size of fibroids and uterus) by a urinary oncologist at the start of the hysterectomy procedure. Even with the vertical incision, I have had very little discomfort; I was off of pain meds by the fourth day following surgery. I'm feeling even better than I expected to at this point. I would recommend him to anyone in the Piedmont area of NC (and surrounding areas). I was also impressed with the facility/hospital--everything was "right there" -- I didn't have to go traveling across town to meet with the urological oncologist or have the MRI and ultrasound done--everything was all in one building.
This Dr. is one of the best. He listens as for others just check you and if they don't see nothing abnormal they send you off to get other tests done that has nothing to do with what you need done. Personally i recomend him to any woman that needs a OBGYN. The staff/nurses are great aswell. And yes the wait is a long one take a book and eat before you go unless your not suppose to eat then don't eat. But it all worth it at the end. I had a full hysteractomy done due to an STD and i feel alot better, and 100% satisfied.. Sorry if i spelled any words wrong.

I believe that Dr. Miller is the best in his field. When I met him he saved my life. He not only helped me find the answer to my problem, he listened. Yes you heard right he listened. Now five years later not only do we have three strapping boys thanks to him but I am healthy for them thanks to him. Dr. Miller is kind also he has a great bedside manner and is very soft spoken. The office staff that he has also shares the great professionalism he has. I thank God for this man every night. When you need a great OB/GYN give him a try.

She fixed me! That sums it up. I was 35 about to have a hysterectomy due to unbearable menstral cramping and discomfort. She perfomed minor surgery to remove fibroids and I have not had cramps since. I even had my first child one year later with very bad morning sickness...she even fixed that and I was told nobody gets rid of morning sickness. Dr. Somani did!

While I have rehab at the Cullman Hospital I have spoken with at least 12 patients that have been treated by Dr. Sanders and all have said they are 100% satisfied with their treatment from Dr. Sanders.
Dr. Basil performed my da Vinci robotically assisted laproscopic total hysterectomy (LAVH - BSO). He was very good in his explanations of the procedure and in his bedside manner post surgery. He's been most concerned about me and helping me deal with the surgery and the initial cancer find. He works out of both Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati Ohio doing surgeries in Cincinnati.
