Dr. Addis was my OBGYN in Tucson back in the mid 80s. When I began having complications during my pregnancy, she did everything that was available at that time to try to save my son. Kody did not make it...he was stillborn at 28 weeks gestation, but I know she did her best to save him...and because of his autopsy, she and other doctors and researchers were able to determine his cause of death...an autoimmune disorder on my part...anticardiolipin antibodies (without lupus)...because of this new knowledge, two years later I was able to deliver a healthy baby boy...
I contribute alot of the success of his delivery to the previous knowledge we learned from Kody's death, as well as my new doctor (we moved in between) being willing to research my condition and do whatever it took to get my son here...
oh and when Kody was discovered to have died in-utero....Dr. Addis was playing golf when she received the message, but she came right to the hospital and laid in the bed beside me...hol... [More..]

What can I say about Dr. Bryon Jacoby? Some one was watching over me for sure when I found him! He was the perfect doctor for my surgery. He did a Laparoscopic Hysterectomy only two weeks ago as of my post. This ended at least a year (probably more) of extreme pain and heavy bleeding. I can not remember when I have felt this good. I understand not all doctors are trained to do these and not all women are candidates for this method. (See, wasn't this a great match?) At a time when I needed understanding and support he was the right choice. From day one I felt comfortable and was treated with compassion. Dr. Jacoby was excellent with this over emotional patient and is worth considering for your needs. I didn't know what to expect after surgery, and basically it was a breeze for the most part. He does good work and is highly recommended!

Your opinion, your feelings, your life and lifestyle matter to him. He is so focused on what a woman wants for her life to be healthy and happy. Suggestions are offered, your opinion is heard and TOGETHER a decision is made about your health. Unlike so many other, this is not a doctor who dictates to his patients. You take an active roll in how your problem will be treated and it is at your pace. He is always upbeat and comforting and you just never feel uncomfortable with him no matter what you ask about. I had a hyster, cystocele, and rectocele repair done and never once questioned whether I was in excellent hands.
I went to Dr. Linfoot with a complicated medical history and a list of symptoms that seemed vague and unconnected. He was the first doctor I found who was willing to listen to me and didn't automatically suggest I "find a psychiatrist because you must be crazy". He took the time to really listen, asked a lot of probative questions of me and my husband (it was helpful to have hime with me!!), and suggested some immediate ideas for causes plus a huge slew of labs & tests.
Once the labs were back we met again and I found out that not only did I have a thyroid problem (what my friends had been telling me and that every other doctor told me wasn't a problem), but that I also had pretty much gone through menopause! It took a while to get me balanced on the new meds and he was extremely patient with me during the process. He is always thoughtful and kind, and his staff are wonderful to work with as well.

I was referred to Dr. Davis through a family member ( In Law)
I knew within the first minute of meeting him that he was listening,friendly, and comforting. And then throughout our conversation, I saw he was hearing me and he responded by assuring me we would work through the hormone balancing act after my hysterectomy until we got it right. He offered that after a few tries, he was willing to look into bio identical routes with me. He is very friendly and knows his stuff. I am grateful to have found him after other dr.s appts. where I literally left with no hope.

This MD did not know me, I had never been a pt of his practice, but he did not heistate in seeing me after getting a poor report from the pap smear my GP did for me. This man is probably the most compassionate, concerned doctor I have dealt with in a very long time. He explained everything to me and made sure I was taken care of rapidly and skillfully. He did my surgery on the 5th of March and I am home 2 days later feeling so much relief knowing that this wonderful MD has given me the opportunity to live to see my children grow. This man is truly a credit to his profession, he has more professionalism and talent in his pinky than most in his field have in their whole bodies. I have been a nurse for 16 years, and am not easily impressed. This man impressed me, and I recommend him to everyone. Thank you!
It is with highest regards that I recommend Dr. Patrick Pozzi to women facing pain related to uterine conditions. I am a 35 year old woman who has spent the past 15 years suffering excruciating pain, and no specialist provided a fraction of the compassion, knowledge or expertise I received from Dr. Pozzi at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. He is sensitive, highly competent and intuitive, and I am grateful to have been referred to his expertise by Dr. Arthur Davida, my family physician, who I also highly recommend. Dr. Pozzi performed an laparascopic total hysterectomy on me, and the moment I awoke from surgery, I knew my painful condition had been alleviated. My recovery has been pain free and I am fully active at 3 weeks post-op. Dr. Pozzi is a gifted, brilliant surgeon.

This Dr. has a great personality, is extremely intelligent in her field of gynocology.
She is not in a hurry during office visits and will take as much time as needed to fully explain things to her patients and help them feel comfortable and healthy.
after careful testing and going over every option this Dr. performed a hysterectomy on me.
She was very professional at the hospital yet still behaved in a friendly, joyful manner that helps her patients feel safe and at ease.
This Dr. practices gynocolgy and has dropped the obstetrics part of her practice which for a woman who has had a hysterectomy and does not feel up to a waiting room full of expecting mothers they may find this setting more comforting.
I received excellent service from this Dr. during the hysterecomy she performed and the follow-up care.
She takes her time with you rather then hurry you along and brush off your concerns as other doctors sometimes do.
Very thorough and knowledgable in her profession

Doctor fox has been a true blessing. I dont know what i would have done with out him. Dr. fox's wife has IC so I know that he understands my pain more than any other doctor has that I have seen. He has infomation about treatment in the lobby in his office. Dr fox is a wonderful human being, If your looking for a Doctor who really cares he is with out a doubt the one you should see!!!!
I was referred to Dr. Draznik in the mid to late 90's. I was having problems getting pregnant and having pains. On my first visit to him, he figured out what was wrong with me (endometriosis) when my other doctors couldn't figure it out. He did surgery and another procedure and I was able to get pregnant. He was kind and caring towards me and he took the time to explain things to my husband after the surgery. He is easy to talk to and he takes the time to listen to you. He is also very good looking. That makes having to go to the gynecologist a lot better.

We moved here from Texas, compliments of the US Navy, and didn't know any OBGYN's up here and I needed a hysterectomy. I didn't know anyone here that knew him either, so I had a list of Dr.s that accepted our Military insurance, and he was fourth on the list of five. I called our MD. and talked to one of the receptionist about us being new to Oregon and asked if she knew any of the Dr.s on my list, and which ones she could suggest for a possible hysterectomy, she said definately not the 1st three, try one of the last two, Dr. Harsany was 4th on the list. I have been so very Blessed to have found Dr. Harsany. He is very thorough, and explains all of your options, and acually lets you make the decision that is based on all of the facts, and does not pressure you into doing anything. He is very professional, and experienced in this field. Dr. Harsany cares about you as a person, not just someone to make money on. He has a wonderful, professional staff. Dr Stoner is a very comforting and open to her patients. She listens to you and shares her personal thoughts with you. You will not only feel like her patient but also like you are her friend. She has a great bedside manner and she will never rush you. She is on staff at Bon Secour St. Francis Health System a hospital I also work for. She is a doctor that I would recommend to all my friends and family. Her staff is great and I know several of them also. Here's to you Dr Stoner a great woman taking care of other women.

Dr. Domush is wonderful. He explains everything in detail and gives you all the time you need. He never makes your appointments feel rushed and is always available for phone consults when needed. After having post-op complications he handled it with care and compassion and did not rush me out of the hospitol. He had me stay till I was comfortable enough to go home! At first I was worried because he seemed so young but he turned out to be great. His bedside manner is excellent! When I was in the hospitol he came twice a day and left his direct number if I needed anything. Although this was a scary time he was so comforting that thourough that I was at ease. He is deffinatly the best Dr. I have ever been to and I have seen MANY doctors!!!!

Dr. Hanjani was a dream come true. After years of suffering he diagnosed my PCOS, put me on Lupron for relief and just performed my hysterectomy including my ovaries. In my first visit, he said to me that we would figure out my issues and there was no need to suffer any longer. He has treated my mother and step-mother very sucessfully. He has an amazing bedside manner and is a top notch professional. I highly recommend him.
