Dr. Holloway tells it like it is, without being harsh. He'll let you know what your options are, what he recommends, and let you make the decision. He's a Gyn/Onc surgeon, so it's one-stop shopping; you know your surgeon and he knows you. But he's not one to get you into the OR at any chance he gets, he really has your best interests in mind. Getting into his practice isn't easy, he's in high-demand, which indicates how good he is. Also, my GYN in California referred me to him, and considering he's in Florida, and how much I respect and trust her, that says a whole lot to me. And he can handle complicated cases. I have a family history of breast and ovarian cancer, and I personally have a BRCA1 mutation, ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, and heavy periods with lots of pain, so he's my surgeon for my hysterectomy. I trust him.

Dr. Jim went above and beyond for the delivery of my daughter. He helped turn the experience from a frightening one into the most positive one of my life. His knowledge and bedside manner put me at ease, and he reminded me to open my eyes as my baby was coming into the world. Seeing my daughter being born was the most amazing experience of my life to date, and is a moment I will always treasure. I would highly recommend Dr. Jim!

I've been seeing Dr. Holloway for about 8 years. She performed my hysterectomy in 2006. She is the most caring doctor I've ever had. She takes her time with you, really gets to know you and understand any problems you may be having, and thoroughly explains any options you may have.

I met Dr Johnson 25 years ago when I was a nurse on Maternity and he was an intern in OB/GYN. I was very impressed right away with his knowledge, his kindness, his delivery and surgical skills and his calm, easy attitude. Over his 4 years of residency I watched him become an amazing doctor; a favorite of nurses and patients and his coworkers.
Fast forward to 10 years ago (2003). My GP said time for a GYN after my Pap became more concerning. I immediately chose Jason and have been delighted with my care ever since.
Over the past 10 years he performed cryo surgery, a LEEP, countless Paps and at least yearly colposcopic biopsies. He listened to my arguments for keeping my uterus and respected them. He explained his reasoning for care clearly; a non medical person would easily understand him.
This year, when things slightly changed for the worst, he explained in detail my options. He is available for his patients by phone and email for questions, an option I find priceless.

To say that Dr. Arunakal is a caring and skillful doctor does not do him justice. My birthing experience was incredible. He listened to and respected my needs and hopes for the birth or my son. He is calming and rational - explaining to me my options and giving me information to make the best choices for me.
Dr. Haley and the whole staff at Cherokee Womens Health are the most wonderful compassionate folks I have ever met!
Dr. Haley takes his time with you, to explain everything and answers questions you have, he is very compassionate and thorough. I don't think I've ever been to a Dr.'s office and felt so welcome, comfortable. Most of the time when I've been to other Doctors, I felt rushed almost like it was a patient mill...lol. In, out and on to the next. Not the case there.
I had gone in for some female issues I had been having and he took his time with me to get to the bottom of it, and now I am looking forward to my quality of life improving!
I even got a Thank You card after my first visit!!
The only suggestion I have is that Dr. Haley should have classes to teach other Doctors how to be like him! =)
I have been here once before a couple of years ago, and decided to come back for another procedure I have been wanting. Well I was pleasantly surprised that it looks like they have upgraded things and re-done a few things, the offices and such. There is such an air of professionalism that just makes it nice and a simple process to get done what you want. I knew what I wanted so it was very quick to get booked for surgery which I really appreciated. Dr. Harrell is a talented and respected doctor with superb credentials, and I wouldn't trust my cosmetic surgery to anybody else.
I like Dr. Musgrave because she treats me like an adult who has sense enough to understand how to take good care of myself. She looks me in the eye when she is talking to me and explains everything clearly. She is thorough and makes recommendations appropriate for a woman my age. I'm 61. For example I have had mammograms that note dense breast tissue but no red flags were raised. After my mammogram last spring Dr. Musgrave recommended a breast ultrasound. I do have some lumps deep in the breast tissue but the radiologist feels that they will not cause problems; however I will go for screenings every 6 months. Since I am a cancer survivor I appreciate this level of concern.
Dr. Musgrave also performed surgery to install a trans-vaginal mesh support for my urethra which was nearly nonfunctional. It is working miraculous and I have had no problems.

About 15 years ago I visited Dr. Zima as a new patient upon finding out my husband and I were having a second child. What a relief to have an obstetrician that didn't make me feel uncomfortable being examined on the table. His courtesy and down-to-earth manner made me want to speak freely about my health, unlike another local doctor who had an inferiority complex. Wrong profession to be in if you can't earn your patient's confidence. Dr. Zima pleasantly and thoroughly answered my questions about his background, family and experience... diplomas hanging on office walls do not explain the human side of a doctor. His advice on healthy intake and exercise was something I knew a lot about, but it was refreshing to speak with a doctor who does not immediately write up a prescription for a minor problem which could be treated with a safe, natural and effective remedy. Dr. Khamvongsa is the best!! He cared for me during my 2 pregnancies and delivered my second child. He always has a smile on his face. Has a great attitude. Addressed all my concerns he was always a phone call away. During the delivery he insured that i was comfortable, he was very calm and everything went so smoothly. My baby girl was born in great hands and we are forever grateful. he is a wonderful physician and we are very lucky to have met him!!
Dr. Gianoli's medical practice is very patient centered. He was able to see me fairly quickly. He helped with insurance approvals to make the trip to see him from Florida. Everyone was very caring, compassionate, friendly and professional. I did not spend a lot of time waiting around. My appointment was kept on time and ran smoothly. I felt that my needs were the doctor and staff's priority. Dr. Gianoli met with me early in the first day, then I began the day long testing in his office with state of the art machines that looked like NASA. They do not have any of this equipment or expertise where I live in Florida. Next day had a detailed CTscan and more tests, then my husband and I met with Dr. Gianoli for an hour as he explained his diagnosis and treatment plan. Gregg L. Friedman MD helped me with my depression after I move to the United States. He is a very good Psychiatrist Doctor and I recommends him to anyone. I give him a A+ rating.
I saw Dr. Beadle for a 2nd opinion for heavy bleeding with fibroids. He did an extensive office visit where he examined me, explained his findings, did blood work (immediate results available to me), explained his recommendations, then listened to all my questions, concerns, and explanations of my past doctor visits and medical troubles for the past years. He suggested a laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy, a minimally invasive surgery. He said he had done many, many of them and suggested a surgery date that was 2 weeks later. His kind, caring manner and knowledge of my medical condition convinced me to do it.
I am so glad I saw Dr. Beadle. I am now 5 weeks post op and feel better than I've ever felt. The surgery went smoothly. He talked to my husband immediately after, and came to talk to both of us the next morning.
