She treated me with such kindness and respect during my very difficult pregnancy. She along with her partners, kept my pregnancy safe and then during the delivery, she was instrumental in saving my life and the life of my child. After her part of the surgery, she went and talked to my parents and family about how I was doing and what was coming in the next part of the surgery. She was courteous and thorough. I feel so blessed to be a patient of hers.
I saw Dr. Cobb for my delivery/hysterectomy. No one could give better care than this man. He truly loves what he does and is very skilled. He literally saved my life and the life of my child during my surgery. if he hadn't listened to his still, small voice then I may have bled to death during surgery. He was so skilled and calm and caring. I couldn't ask for more. He is always cheerful and upbeat (always whistles tunes). He never once let me get down or depressed (I had a 74 day stay in the hospital due to ruptured membranes). This man is a godly man who is trustworthy and experienced. If you are having a baby or female problems, go and see this man.
Dr Mitchell LeVine is absolutely wonderful! He spends time with his patients, is very thorough and caring. He answered every question I asked him, gave me his opinions on certain medical conditions that I had, and didn't mind that I brought my girlfriend with me. (She is now his patient too.)
I would recommend Dr LeVine to everyone I know. He's the best!!!
Dr LeVine is a colorectal surgeon and I went him for a colonoscopy. His staff is wonderful also.

In July of 2007 I was informed I had Fibroid tumors. The Doctor I was seeing at the time was very unhelpful as well as seemingly new to the field of Medicine. This made me uncomfortable that she wanted to operate on me. I expressed my concerns to my GP and he told me that he went to Med school with Dr. Huish and that he trusted him completely and that I should go and see him. I made an appointment and went to see him a week later. I absolutely liked him upon the first encounter. He is very knowledgable and profesional. Where as the other doctor (previous OB/GYN) had indicated that there was no rush to fix my problems Dr Huish identified issues that indicated the exact opposite. He performed my TAH where he found a uterus that was the size of a 5 month pregnancy. It was full of fibroids and I had some pretty bad adenomyosis. I truly recommend Dr. Allen South, Gynecologist...I had a total hysterectomy on Jan 30th, 2008. Just weeks prior, I was very stressed and full of anxiety, I needed to find a surgeon. Fortunately, I chose to visit with Dr. South and immediately felt extremely happy and comfortable with my choice. I was very scared at the thought of this major surgery though, but thanks to Dr. South, everything was fine, due to his diligent experienced skill, precision and compassion. His wife also works with him. They are truly a remarkable professional couple, trustworthy and friendly.

Dr. Brennan and her staff (as well as the others in her practice) are wonderful! She really cares about her patients and helped me get through some very difficult situations. She makes you feel more like a friend than a patient. She is also an excellent doctor. She goes above and beyond to help any way she can. She's found things even my general doctor doesn't think of. In my opinion, she's the best!

Dr. Francis has to be the kindest most compassionate doctor I have ever been too! I credit her with saving my daughter life, and feel if I would have gone to another doctor at the beginning of this pregnancy I would have lost her! She is not afraid to try things, and I can tell she does not believe in letting women suffer miscarriage after miscarriage! I am so thankful for her, and will be forever grateful to her.

I've been a gynocological and obstetric patient of Dr. Wilson's for at least 10 years and he's always very professional and makes me feel like my health is important to him. He's patient and empathetic and always offers all options available for the care that I need and then provides his recommendation and explains why he recommends it. He makes me feel at ease and confident in his care. His staff, especially the nurse Natasha always has a smile and provides attentive care and makes every effort to ensure that any follow up, prescription, referral or call back work that is necessary or requested is done in a timely and friendly manner. Dr. Wilson provided excellent prenatal care for my two preganancies and delivered my last son. He was unable to deliver my first son because of the malpractice insurance issues that ran rampant throughout Florida in 2003. I was referred to Dr. Wagner by my previous gynocologist, who had dropped his OB practice because of insurance costs, and also the fertility doctor that had helped me to get pregnant. I thought it was unusual that two doctors would refer me to the exact same OB, but as soon as I met him, I knew why. Not only was he on the ball about every question or issue I had, but he was also friendly, warm and made me very comfortable. He is the kind of doctor that always remembers you... not only the details of your condition, but also where you went on vacation or your mother's name. We had a few scary moments towards the end of my pregnancy, but Dr W kept a close eye on me and I knew I was in good hands.

Dr. Khan is extremely thorough. She explains everything well. She is very down to earth and is easy to talk to. Dr. Khan is an excellent surgeon. She really gets to know her patients. She really cares and practices medicine from the heart. She takes care of all the women in my family. I highly recommend her. She has done missionary work all over the world.

Dr Elrod delivered my first child. If every doctors visit was a pleasant as they are with him, we would all love to go to the doctor. He was friendly and had a sense of humor right off the bat. He has become my initial point of contact for ALL my questions relating to his specialty. He answered all my questions thoroughly and is extremely knowledgeable about OB/GYN stuff. He has delivered thousands of babies all over the world and it is obvious that he cares about his patients and enjoys what he does. My husband also feels very comfortable with him and they have shared many hours of “friendly banter” in and out of the office. If you want a personable doctor with an expertise in his field, Dr. Elrod is the man for you!

Dr. Santiago is a Godsend. I moved to Alexandria from San Diego where I had the GREATEST OB/GYN- when I came to Virginia, I was deeply frustrated at the lack of bedside manner, patience, and just plain courtesy with the physicians here. I suffered one miscarriage and my initial OB/GYN was very distant and clinical, at times condescending. After having a second miscarriage, I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Santiago (because I couldn't get in to see my primary ob/gyn) and I changed my mind about good doctors in this area. I immediately changed her to my primary ob/gyn and feel the same way about her that I felt about my San Diego doctor. Her thoroughness, patience, and kindness was genuine and I felt "taken care of". I would recommend her to anyone who needs a wonderful Ob/Gyn in the Alexandria, VA area.

I am a patient of Dr.Bailey. I was going to another OB/GYN and was not satisfied with the care i was receiving. I met Dr.Bailey while working at a hospital. I am a nurse and worked along side Dr.Bailey frequently. I was always impressed with the way he seemed to genuinely care about his patients and the way he communicated with them. His bedside manner was very impressive as well. I am so glad he is my OB/GYN. Shortly after becoming a patient I became pregnant and had some complications. The way he put my mind at ease and was a patient advocate was amazing to me. He was very professional and honest with me, but was also not afraid to comfort me when I was scared. As a nurse I know how important it is to treat the entire person, not just their illness, and Dr. Bailey does that better than any doctor I've ever met. I would recommend him to any woman in any stage of her life. He is wonderful with all ages and stages of women.

Dr. Richard Stanley delivered 2 of my children. Both were VBAC due to my 1st child being delived by C-section. Dr. Stanley was always so nice and caring. I never seemed like a number or just a patient. I always felt like he really cared about how I was doing. I never had any problems getting in to see him and he always arrived at the hospital in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone!

Where do I start? There is so much good in this man. He has a kind heart. I have seen one other OBGYN in my life through my pregnancy and he didn't do his job (didn't test me for some group B strep strand of bacteria which landed my 4 month old baby in the hospital for ten days getting 2 shots in each leg every 4 hours) so for five years I have sworn off OBGYNs because that is a very important part of a woman's life. You must trust and feel comfortable with your OBGYN. I had a recent unfortunate event of a miscarriage and it landed me in Dr. Gregory Woodfills office. He was extremely understanding and while I was poked and prodded in the ER, he was very gentle and understood the physical and emotional pain I was in. He gave kind words to lift my spirits and took every care to see my needs were met. Very approachable, willing to listen without judgment. Dr Morris treated me for my fibroids. I was told by my first foctor that I needed a hysterectomy and would never be able to have children. Dr Morris did a laparoscopic myomectomy (removed my fibroids in a day surgery procedure) and I just had a baby (1 1/2 years later). She is a skilled, compassionate surgeon.

I travel from Hawaii to see Dr Quigley. (I first saw him 15 years ago) He replaced my Testosterone levels, which were very low, and I have been happy and healthy ever since. Truly amazing person, brilliant and very patient. he loves what he does and is always enthusiastic about explaning all aspects of my health!
Probably the best physician I have ever had.
I am an RN and my husband is a physician. Ted Quigley gets an A plus. His nurse Jeanette is very responsive and wonderful also.
