After dealing with female issues off and on for a couple of years and going through several different doctors and painful tests, I was finally referred to Dr. Zapata. He's wonderful! He's very knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate to women's health issues. He actually listens to you and to what you want as for course of treatment. Plus, he knows how to write up your case so that your insurance will approve the treatment you need. I am so happy that he will be performing my total abdominal hysterectomy. I feel like I'm in good hands. I would highly recommend him.

He is a highly skilled and gentleman Psychiatrist! I met him at New York University, where most psychiatrists barely spend a few minutes with their patients, Dr.Taskin SARIKAYA takes the time to listen to my concerns. He never talks down to me. He encourages me to open up and tell him what I think is working, and what I think is not working.
Dr.Taskin Sarikaya is very down to earth. He really seems to genuinely care about him patients.
He has answered my emails, and called me personally when my world is falling a part.
I know he works hard to create a treatment plan that will ultimately improve my quality of life, not just give me some medicine that is supposed to reduce depression.
He also has a great bedside manner! He always has a smile, and asks him patients to talk about the good things that happen, not just everything that's going wrong.
Dr.Taskin SARIKAYA is really good at figuring out if you are really depressed, or just really stressed.

Excellent doctor. I am very happy with the results of my breast augmentation. I have recommended him to others and they were happy with their results too. The process of the procedure wasnt bad as I thought it would be. Also, the recovery wasn't painful as I thought it would be. If you are thinking about having breast augmentation you will be happy with the results. It's been a little over eight years since I have done my breast augmentation and glad I had it done. MMS
Dr. Hoover is amazing! He performed a laprascopic hysterectomy on me and diagnosed a condition that several other doctors had overlooked. He is very caring, meticulous and did a terrific job on my surgery.
I HIGHLY recommend OB-GYN Dr. Devin Garza (Renaissance Women's Group - Austin, TX) for several reasons.
This last year (2012-2013) I have been suffering from horrible pain everyday (cervix, ovaries etc) and have been to NUMEROUS emergency rooms here in Houston, TX where I was told I have a large mass on my left ovary and that I needed to see an GYNO immediately. Being uninsured, scared and unable to find a free service to take me or a Doctor willing to help me I resorted to trying to find something online again,. (a program, a charity etc).. That is when I came across HysterSisters.com and found Dr. Garza featured on their website. - I immediately emailed him, explained my situation and how I couldn't find ANYONE in Houston to help me. He PERSONALLY emailed me back within a couple hours and offered to help.

It's a pleasure to visit each year for my medical renewals.
Dr. Kakani performed a hemithyroidectomy on me on May 6, 2013. The surgery was performed at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. Since the first time he saw me, Dr. Kakani was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and in good hands. He said I should not be worried and explained all the options I had clearly. His staff (both at its office and at the hospital) was simply amazing. The surgery was quick and basically painless. Everything went exactly as Dr. Kakani had anticipated it would (my lesions were indeed of adenomatoid nature). Dr. Kakani is not only extremely competent (having done many hundreds of these surgeries), but he also has a great attitude towards patients, coupled with outstanding bed-side manners. I highly recommend Dr. Kakani and his staff, and thank them dearly.
Dr Baird has EXCELLENT bedside manner! She is my gynecologist performed the LAVH that I had recently and I couldn't be happier with the information she provided to me before the procedure. She was wonderful at listening to my concerns, fears, answering my questions (even if I felt they may be silly, she treated me like a member of her family). Dr Baird is such a wonderful doctor and I recommend her to anyone I know who could possibly need a new obgyn. She also gives all of the options with ample information for you to make an informed decision. If I had to go through this process again, I would definitely pick her again. Dr Baird has a great sense of humor and is very good at calming your nerves by talking to you like a person and not a chart number!

This doctor was the third professional opinion Sought regarding the necessity of a hysterectomy and possibility of cancer. He is a surgeon who specializes in more difficult cases such as mine. He has a professional and patient demeanor. Low key, not alarming, and gave specific recommendations for my surgery. Excellent surgeon. I had extensive abdominal surgery and my scar healed well and I did not have any complications. He is thorough and knowledgeable.
I love my OB/GYN, Dr. Paige Kessler-Johnson (She has two last names because she got married a few years after I started seeing her. So for her patient's sake, she uses both). I have seen her for almost 10 years now. I changed to Dr. Kessler-Johnson a few weeks after a bad encounter with my previous OB/GYN. She has been wonderful to me.
Dr. Kessler-Johnson is always cheerful, comforting, friendly, trustworthy, experienced and diligent.
**Cheerful: She always has a smile on her face and an upbeat attitude.
**Comforting: The story is below, but when I was given my diagnosis of Cervical Cancer, she sat with me and explained everything, answered all my questions, even "silly" ones and gave me a big hug before I left the office that day.
**Friendly: Every time I go see her she always asks me how I am doing physically, mentally, and emotionally. She asks about our 4 legged family and how my relationship is with my husband. She will give me a high five for things I have been doing... [More..]
The doctor and staff are always warm and inviting. I feel really like a part of their family. All of my concerns have been met with respect, care and kindness.
