I have been a patient of Dr. Druga for almost 20 years. He delivered my daughter, and he's helped me thru my diagnosis of endometriosis. He recently did my hysterectomy. He is extremely knowledgeable on treatments for endometriosis. Because I am I nurse, I tend to be a tough patient...but Dr. Druga is wonderful! He's very easy to talk too about issues and quick to respond to concerns. His office staff is also top notch!
Wow! This office is open all the time. My children seem to get sick on the weekends and the Saturday and Sunday hours are great! Dr. Dattel is great as is the entire office staff!
Everyone has been pleasant that I have interacted with at Dr. Speron's. I had to cancel an appt. last minute due to a meeting and they were very helpful with rescheduling me as soon as possible. AL
I saw Dr. Steren after having a extremely traumatic experience with my cone biopsy at Johns Hopkins: they provoked me an infection, severe stenosis and hematometra having to be twice at the ER and in addition they removed only a small part of the tumor (Adenocarcinoma) leaving the invasive part in me. I was in despair! but I was so lucky to find Dr. Steren.
Dr. Steren cured the hematometra (which the ER didn't, they just prescribed opioids but Dr. Stern made a procedure that removed all the collection of blood from the uterus and allowed me to be pain free without meds), he reviewed the pathology slides, ordered an MRI and customized the intervention to assure it was as minimal as possible but making sure that all the cancerous cells were removed and that I didn't have metastasis. Dr. Steren performed a DaVinci radical modified hysterectomy with lymph node dissection. I am amazed about how well and fast I am healing! And he removed ALL the cancerous cells and now I am possibly cured!... [More..]

Prior to moving to Naples Florida I was living in New Mexico where I had sustained what doctors call a spiral fracture to my right tibia which completely shattered the base of the tibia which connected to my ankle. The surgeon in New Mexico reconnected my tibia to my ankle by installing a metal plate and five screws between the ankle the remainder of my tibia. I moved to Naples shortly after being medically discharged by my doctor in New Mexico. Within two months of moving to Naples the plate and screws came apart. I turned to a long time family friend who happens to be on the board of directors of Naples Community Hospital to recommend a foot and ankle doctor to me. Without hesitation our friend recommended Dr Kevin Lam to me. Dr Lam repaired the damage caused by my fracture and my ankle is stronger than ever. Other people and medical professionals I have met all have high praise and respect for Dr Lam. I consider myself fortunate to have Dr Lam as my physician and surgeon.

I had never had surgery before and until I found the HysterSysters website I didn't know what to expect. Insert old cliché "knowledge is power" here. Not one “sister” fit my situation exactly but bits and pieces of many did so kept reading and then started writing. I wrote my six-page pre-op appointment list for a doctor/surgeon I’d never met and would see two days before my laparoscopic hysterectomy. Dr. Lewis was referred to me by my doctor who I had known for less than a year. I was comforted by all the unknowns with the knowledge gained from the HysterSysters community. Then I met with Dr. Lewis and everything fell into a comfortable little package that had me feeling confident, informed, and empowered with decisions I was expected to make (e.g. keep or take the cervix, tubes, ovaries) after Dr. Lewis filled me in with research findings and applying them to my condition and family history. Great center for eye care. The staff is very professional and caring, a very friendly atmosphere. They have all kinds of specialists,so you don't have to be referred out. Myself and family have been seeing these doctors for many years; all very happy with there care.

I found Doctor Simotas just from my insurance list.
She has a small office with the same people working in the office everyday. You are able to know who is on the phone and there is one nurse that is amazing. She even came to see me after surgery!!
Dr Simotas is busy but she is thorough! She does her homework to make sure she has exhausted all efforts before you get surgery. She listens! Most importantly, she is experienced, diligent! She also does a clean amazing job and works to make little to no scaring.
Sometimes she is so busy she will walk in the room and make you feel like she doesn't remember who you are. She should probably slow down and read over the notes before she walks in because a few minutes into the appointment after speaking to you and reading notes her memory is in gear!
She performed a total hysterectomy on me with overlies left in. She answered all my questions and even called me personally two or three times to make sure they accommodated me as much as possibl... [More..]
Dr. Kjerulff is a wonderful GYN doctor who I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon. She is a young doctor but very up to date and knowledgable about various issues and procedures. I like that fact that she listens and while she is the doctor , she doesn't dismiss your concerns as if you don't know your own body. I have never had a long wait for my appointments and if I have questions after I leave, I can always call the office and one of the nurses will call me back with an answer. I would highly recommend Dr. Kjerulff and A Place for Women.
Dr. David Newman is exceptional. He is thorough, patient and very good at what he does. He puts his patient's individual needs first and is a great listener. He did my robotic assisted lapro. hysterectomy and it was a very good experience. I would easily recommend him to others without reservation.
Dr. Rich repaires one of the discs that I ruptured 16 years ago. Prior to my surgery, I couldn't stand even long enough to take a shower! My husband would find me in tears in a heap on the shower floor! I was afraid to have the surgery so I delayed for months until I realized that I was on my way to becoming dependant on the 5-6 strong painkillers that I was taking a day!
Dr Rich gave me my life back. I had surgery in the morning was up walking in the afternoon and was back riding horses within a month! The surgery has held with very little further complications over the years.
I have sent many people to Dr. Rich with the same results. One friend went to him after an unsucessfull back surgery by a very well known Orthopedic and experienced the same results and is back riding herself!
I recently went through a laparoscopic surgery with Dr. Moore for the removal of uterine fibroids and endometriosis. My experience was positive from start to finish. I have to say that Dr. Moore possesses both technical excellence and wonderful bedside manner. He is a great person to have by your side, and I would highly recommend him and his staff.

WOW! I am ECSTATIC about my results! Traveling from out of state was very nerve wracking when I decided to do my surgery at Hedden Plastic Surgery. But Dr. Hedden and his staff we're gracious and kind and helpful to make things more comfortable. I absolutely am happy with my new boobs! They are PERFECT!
he was extremely thorough with me. gave me my options, gave me time to think them thru, and come up with questions i may have. he always took my calls or called me right back. my surgery LAVH, went very well. Dr. Catron always made me feel i was in safe hands. i never wondered where my DR. was he was always there for me. i think my post-op recovery is going so well because i had a great doctor!~ hence me coming here... i don't write reviews, but i feel other women need to know, they would be in great hands with Dr. Catron....
