Dr. Pestoft is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever had the priveledge of knowing. She recently delivered my 3rd child and is going to doing a TVH soon. Facing the TVH at my age (32) is very difficult, but I feel confident that I am in very competent hands. My pregnancy was somewhat complicated at the end, and she consistently took time with me and helped me through each obstacle. She is part of a very busy practice (GRACE ObGyn), but made me feel as if I were her only patient every time I saw her. I whole-heartedly recommend her for any ObGyn needs!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Koh for almost 20 years. His compassion and caring and dedication to his patients is amazing. He is very good about listening to a patient's concerns and taking their opinions seriously. I can't recommend him highly enough.
I have been seeing Dr. Mooney-Smith for a couple of years now and she is wondeful.Soft voice, and makes you feel comfortable in any situation. Anytime you mention her name to anyone that knows her including other Dr.'s they always say "Isnt she a sweety'. If you live in Kansas City or around KC look her up.

I am 17 years old and was diagnosed with endometriosis September of 2005. Under a different OBGYN's care I went through the laproscoptic surgery and all endometriosis was removed. I was put on a form of the pill so I would stay off my period, so that the chances of it growing back would be small; then to control my outrages emotions, I was put on some type of depression pill. For a year and a half i was in pain everyday, still passing clots and bleeding. I never came to peace with it until I went under the care of Dr. Sholty. He took me off all the pills I was on, because they weren't working, and decided to do another surgery. There he removed the rest of the endometriosis and put me on Ovcon 50 and put me on Cymbalta. I've been pain free for almost 5.5 months now. Dr. Sholty is the most caring man I have ever met. He was honest about everything, and made me feel safe and comfortable. I recommend him to any woman who is looking for great care.

My doctor has been very supportive and very through. What I like the best is she doesn't pull any punches. She tell u like it is and then she tries to take care of you the best possible way.
Dr Proctor has been great with informing me of ALL options before surgery and finding a treatment that fits my life! SHe listens and provides more than one option so you choose what's best for you.
Dr Hightower and his staff are amazing. I had a lot of questions and concerns and they made sure every one of them were addressed to my liking before proceeding.

I think that having "womanly issues" is a difficult thing for any woman and trying to find a great doctor to help you through those problems is even more difficult. Dr. Thorpe (and his wonderful colleagues in the Provo OB/GYN Clinic) never made me regret visiting them with my issues.
Dr. Thorpe is very informed and honest about both diagnosis and treatment for issues. Unlike some physicians/specialists I've visited in the past, but he did not tell me what the right treatment was for me. Instead he told me of the several options available and we discussed how each would affect my life. I really was a part of the process and not simply being told what was going to happen to me!
As mentioned before, Dr. Thorpe is part of a wonderful team of specialists. I really like having one point of contact in the clinic, but also having the comfort of knowing all of the doctors are aware of my case in the event that Dr. Thorpe isn't immediately available.

I had been given the run around by doctors for 9 years so I was so happy to find my present OB after going to her for a second opinion for my TAH/BSO I totally felt so comfortable with her all my fears were gone and I became excited to have it all done, she even did my Burch procedure I didnt even need a urologist to preform it!!! SHE IS GREAT with her bed side manner. A great find.

Dr. Clifford, as he has his patients call him (he has other siblings in the area who are practicing physicians as well), is very calm, very patient, and very reasonable. He listens to your concerns and quickly puts you at ease. He delivered my second child after the doc who delivered my first retired, and several years later he performed my hysterectomy.
After my hysterectomy, he personally called to check on my recovery, and after I was re-hospitalized with a complication, he continued to call me in the hospital and at home to see how I was doing and to offer to help.
Dr. Clifford has a wonderful reputation in the Baton Rouge area, and you may find it's difficult to get an appointment with him. If you are an existing patient, you should know to ask to leave a message for his nurse if you're having a problem, and she can try to fit you in earlier.

Dr. Pariott delivered both of my babies one with complications and one easy delivery. Now he is going to take care of my hysterectomy needs. He is wonderfully easy to open up to....No worries about telling him the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth!!!
He is an amazing doctor. He kept me and my baby safe - eventhough i had pre-eclampsia. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He made me feel totally at ease during a very emotional time.

Dr. Goddard delivered my baby in February.
Dr. Goddard makes you feel comfortable. He is super nice and funny. He really cares about his patients. He is the best doctor around.

I found Dr. Horlacher to be very caring, personable, and above all knowledgeable. He was my gynecologist and has delivered 5 of my 6 grandchildren. He is their gynecologist now. My middle daughter now lives outside Cincinnati, and still drives to Dayton to be see him. Absolutely the best in my mind!

In June my obgyn did a D&C with ablation that showed I had uterine cancer.He recommended Dr Sukumvanich who is an obgyn whose sub speciality is oncology.From the moment I met him I knew I was in great hands.He explained everything to me and was very friendly.He did a hysterectomy on me on August 3rd and I had the most awesome care from him,his associates and the nurses. Having cancer is a very difficult & trying time but he helped me thru it.I highly recommend him to other women.
