I had been having urinary AND gynecological problems. I was referred by my longtime physician. I was treated very consciously, caringly, & effectively. I have experienced the trauma of rape/child sexual abuse and needed a little more than was in the job description of a doctor. I had been raped by a doctor. Dr. Kwon painstakingly took me through the testing required, then to surgery. Despite my desire for her to "hurry UP already" she remained focused on doing the right thing for me. The last thing I saw was her leaning down to my face, holding my hand, and telling me that all would be well. And it was. I would highly recommend the doctor and her practice. She does surgery at multiple hospitals, not just in downtown Chicago. She has a team of understanding people who helped me with my insurance coordination and other needs. Dr. Utsey runs a small, non-malpractice covered pediatric office next to South Seminole Hospital. She is a single doctor practicing, which means you always see her. She has a staff of 3-4 nurses and assistants who are always polite and helpful. She can always get my children in last minute and answers call promptly. She has a blase temperment that is quite matter-of-fact, but she is perfect as a primary care for your children.

This office rocks! I have a sick baby boy, who often seen immediately when there is a problem, and the nurse practitioner, Mary Alice, at the office, always personally returns my phone calls. Even on the weekends! They take care of my son really well and provide great care in the community.
Dr. Boulting is a very caring and consciencious doctor. I personally don't get along with his touchy-feely, holistic approach, but I definitly appreciate his attention to details and his care when giving birth to my son. He seemed to have lived at the hospital the entire weekend I was there. I don't think he went home. His staff is wonderful and polite. They can always get me in when needed. He gives attention to you in the exam room and always seems to truly care about you and your family. If you like the natural way to do things, he is great choice. He has great bedside manner and is a great contributor to the community. He goes above and beyond most of the OBGYNs at the hospital and the nurses love to work with him.

Dr Boice is a registered Oncologist but he specializes in Gynecology. I see him not for cancer but for pelvic pain, endometriosis, and adenomyosis. He has the best bed side manor I have ever experienced. I have been ill for 7 years and been to many doctors. He is by far the best I have experienced. Even though he is extremely busy he sits with you and talks to you about your life and your experiences. He believes me the moment I tell him I am in pain. I don't have to spend 15 minutes giving him my symptoms of pain to try and convince him. I tell him I hurt and he is on it! He deals with women with cancer all the time but he doesn't treat me like I am any less important.

I have been a patient of Dr. Draznik's since I was in my teens. I am now in my early 40s... he delivered all 3 of my children and I have had a partial hysterectomy. He is also my mother and sister's doctor. Of all the doctors I've seen, he is definitely the most outstanding. He makes each patient feel very confortable, and takes a genuine personal interest in each patient's life. He is highly recommended and respected in his community. I dread the day he retires!!!
I highly recommend Dr. Alka Rishi. She was very good to my family and I. She delivered 3 of our children. She is a wonderful OB with a clean record. She is extremely ethical and upfront with patients. A lot of doctors tell you what you want to hear and Dr. Rishi is responsible enough to tell patients the truth. She is also a very skilled surgeon and her incisions on my belly are hardly noticeable after my c-section. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Patel is a great primary care physician in the west valley. I like him because he is a very honest and ethical doctor. He is not one of those doctors that spends 5 minutes with you and rushes you out the door. Dr. Patel spent a good 20-30 minutes with me and answered all of my questions. He didn't rush me at all. He is also not afraid to refer you to a specialist. Some doctors don't want to refer to specialists because it's more money in their pocket. Dr. Patel is responsible and will refer you to a specialist when needed and won't try to be a cowboy and treat it himself. I also like that he won't order any unnecessary tests just to make more money. I would see him

dr brisbois has been very helpful right from the beginning. he is even doing my surgery on a date that he normally doesn't work in order for my surgery to be within a reasonable timeframe. he is professional and extremely good at his job. he is experienced and very trustworthy. he is the only ob-gyn surgeon in spokane that performs the davinci robot hysterectomy.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Seckin. Shortly after one of my first visits, he quickly ascertained that I likely had endometriosis and scheduled me for laporoscopic surgery. That was performed 10 years ago and served to miraculously alleviate my incredilbe monthly pain.
Ten years later, newly married and hoping to start a family, Dr. Seckin, knowing my history and the severity of my disease suggested and another surgery. Two months after that surgery I was pregant and now am now delighted to be in my second trimester. At 40 many others gyns would have been negative on my chances or would have pushed me right to IVF, but Dr. Seckin has a can do attitude.
He is aggressive and while not exactly the most sensitive, he is a talented surgeon who is doing great work in this little explored and understood disease

Dr. Cynthia Phillips D.O. Ob/Gyn treated me with compassion and care from the first appointment when I presented with severe pelvic pain. She recommended the proper series of diagnostic tests to eliminate possible causes and was able to make a tentative diagnosis of Adenomyosis after a laparoscopy that left me with little pain or scarring. The LSH she performed was without complications and I had an easy recovery with significantly less pain than prior to the surgery.
She has always been professional in her dealings with me and her philosophy is holistic treatment, allowing her to take into account the impact of treatment on the individual's mental and emotional state.

I had a pelvic floor repair and adhesion removal done by Dr. Varner. He was very helpful and professional and took his time with me. Also, I am gay and under 35, and this did not phase him or his associates in the least.
He did not rush me into surgery. He tried medical therapy first, then did an MRI and consulted with a Radiologist associate of his who is an expert in pelvic floor issues. He also personally visited me in the hospital. He is very nice and takes his time with patients.
One heads-up: University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) is a medical school and a teaching hospital, but if your doc has medical students in their office or on their rounds, you can request no medical students during your consultations.

Dr. Stevens was awesome. As a vet I am use to the hurry up and wait. After finally getting an appointment with gyn to have my proceedure I didn't think I was going to be able to have my surgery since my diabeties was acting up.
But Dr. Stevens is an Internal medicine physician too. So she got my blood sugars and infection inorder and I had my surgery as planned. I even got out a day early out of the hospital.
Definetly not what I expected from the VA. Don't know how may doc's are both internal medicine and gyn's, but it sure was nice.

This doctor is a gynecologic Oncologist. He spoke to me like I was a person, and used words that I understood. He waited for me to get dressed and met me in a conference room to discuss my treatment and answered all of my questions with the greatest of patience. His office had cloth sheets and extra feminine supplies if I needed them. His office staff is knowledgeable and very very nice.
My children, 5 and 3 years old are Dr. Khunger's patients and they just love "Dr. Mary". She is kind, patient, funny, and very caring. We have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Khunger and her team for the past 3 years!

I went to see Dr.Clevens because i was considering a facelift and only wanted to go to a board certified, fellowship trained FACIAL plastic surgeon in Florida. After much reasearch, I found Dr.Clevens. His website was very informative and the hundreds of before and after photos were proof of how skilled he is!! From the time i made my appointmet, Dr.Clevens staff was in touch with me and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated the personal service. I'm alomst 6 months out from my surgery. I look 15 years younger-with NO evidence of having anything done. I look natural and rested and am enjoying every minute of my new look! I cant thank Dr.Clevens and his staff enough. I recommend him to everyone now and i have 2 friends having surgery with him in the coming months. I can say enough good things about my experience with Dr.Clevens and his staff or my results. I'm thrilled!
