Dr. Andre was recommended to me to explore the possibility of a hysterectomy, after years of very long, grueling, painful, and life interupting periods. His professionalism is unequaled and his manner is gentle, thorough and knowledgeable. After consultations, and trying to work through the problems w/ meds, the decision to follow through with surgery was made and he was completely accommodating. Both pre and post-op, he was available to consult, gave me as much information as he could and always urged me to call anytime I had questions. I don't think I could have chosen a better surgeon to take care of me and I urge anyone on this journey to consider giving Dr. Andre an opportunity to help them.
After suffering from heavy periods for a few years, I finally went to a doctor to find out what was happening. I was diagnosed with fibroids and told I needed a hysterectomy, which was a shock. I went to another surgeon for a second opinion and he told me he could do a myomectomy, but not laparoscopically because I had too many fibroids. Luckily for me, a friend who had also had fibroids removed referred me to her surgeon, so I went to the Brigham and Women's Center for Infertility and Reproductive Surgery for a third opinion and was so glad I did! Dr. Gargiulo told me that not only could he save my uterus, but also that he could perform a laparoscopic procedure that would be minimally invasive. The 2-week recovery period was so much more appealing than the 6-8 weeks I would face with an abdominal surgery. Dr. Debra Richardson is an assistant professor at UTSW where she specialiizes in gynecological oncology. Not only did I need a hysterectomy, there were suspicious tumors. Dr. Richardson came highly recommended. After researching her background, I was more than impressed. Not only did I discover her extensive expierience in her field, I was more I pressed with her passion for women's health care. She even personally called me at home three days after the surgery to check on me. Very rare to have that level of quality care these days.

Dr. Salcedo has been my Ob/Gyn since Dec '12, helping me deal with a collection of problems pertaining to her specialty. I am always talked 'to', not 'at'. Options are laid out in the situation we deal with. My opinions are always important. She is professional with a very gentle side in explaining the possible negative aspects of any action to be taken as well as the positive. She has made sure I am informed, understand everything and has easily kept me in a positive state of mind through what has been a very difficult 8 months.

Dr Johnson is a great dr...he takes the time to listen to your concerns, reassures you and goes above and beyond to help you find a solution to your problems.
I've been having gyn issues since 2007 and was brushed off by every other dr I saw. Dr Johnson immediately told me what he thought was wrong and started setting up testing to confirm.
Dr. Robinson was excellent. He was honest and accurate with regards to the projected surgical outcome. There were no surprises. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Dr. Sejal D. Patel and her team, including her nurses Courtney and Venus, are amazing! My husband and I found them to be extremely patient throughout the last year as we went through several procedures and ultimately in vitro (IVF). This could have been a very trying experience, and of course was emotional throughout, but they walked us through it every step of the way answering every question or concern that we had. They were always quick to respond, whether through consultations, by phone, or by email. Now we are expecting twins!
Dr. Bennett-Stewart has an excellent bed side manner and she is very informative and patient. She always considers my feelings when discussing any information regarding my health. She always has a very friendly attitude and never makes me feel like a number. She will be doing my hysterectomy in a week and I feel very good about her doing my surgery.
Dr Johnson is a very caring , kind person , he takes his time to talk to his patients and their families , he is my husbands Doctor and we really like him ... not only is he an excellent doctor he actually cares about his patients ..Thank you Doctor Johnson .
I am super excited and pleased with my breast reduction and lift. My incisions are healing nicely and I could not be more pleased with my size. I was able to show D. Hedden pictures of what I liked before surgery and it exceeded my expectations! Barb F.
Dr. Aucoin has been my Gyn since I started having female problems at the age of 15. He delivered both my children and did my hysterectomy. I can not think of a better doctor than him. He has the best bed side manner and has always treated me no matter what my issue was at the time with the utmost care. I thank God for him and truly owe my baby girl's life and my own life to him. If not for him my baby girl would not be here. If not for him I honestly do not know if I would still be here.
