Great experience!
For most people, dentists are not popular folks. Dr. Karla. E Aylen and Northgate Smiles are the "huge" exception. My experience with dentist is usually highly "transactional" in that they try to "push" products and services on to you. Dr. Aylen is the complete opposite. Their patient care is off the charts. Not only was she very personable and caring during all my procedures with included a root canal and insertion of crown, etc., but her team follow-on care was tremendous. Services were excellent and everything was explained in detail. Furthermore, the staff is very courteous and always greets guests with patience and a smile. They are knowledgeable, caring and efficient. Couple this with great state of the art equipment and you will have an excellent experience.
Great facility and friendly staff. Dr Truesdale is very knowledgeable and experienced about the procedures he performs. Very satisfied with the outcome of my procedures. I am a very happy patient!
Staff is very friendly. Dr. Provided me with state of the art information to prevent further skin damage and prevent cancer. I appreciate the time taken with me to go over procedures and recommendations. Plus, I look great. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Tangir has an excellent knowledge in gynecological oncology. He works swiftly and was very caring, making sure that my emotional needs were met as well as my physical ones. I strongly recommend him to other women facing difficult diagnoses.
A few words simply cannot express what I found at the Center for Endometriosis Care with Dr. Ken Sinervo, MD, Medical Director. I’ve never had and still do not have Endometriosis, but read about their Center online. I had a colectomy replacing my colon with a J-Pouch back in 2001 due to severe Ulcerative Colitis. First, I must say, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised that Dr. Sinervo knew much about that type of surgery (not many doctors I’ve spoken to are familiar with the details of it, except my colorectal specialist).
This surgery created scar tissue/adhesions which over the years have not caused many problems. However, due to a current Laparoscopy, it was determined that the adhesions were engulfing my ovaries (which we knew from previous Laps) and engulfing my tubes and attaching them to my J-Pouch. I am so thankful for Dr. Khamvongsa. I have been to a few OB's and I am so glad I found him before my pregnancy. He has been my doctor throughout my pregnancy and safely delivered my baby girl one week ago. He is comforting, friendly and takes the time to answer any questions you have during each and every visit. Most importantly, he is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I could go on and on about how wonderful he has been. Pregnancy can be a very scary time, especially for first time moms, and he was there to make sure everything was ok every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great OB, especially if you are expecting or plan on conceiving.
Firstly - in the interest of transparency I would like to say that Northgate Smiles gives a very nice incentive for their clients to leave reviews. This is also why there are so many reviews for their clinic. Regardless, my review is 100% honest.
I have always had a great experience with Northgate Smiles. The receptionists, the hygienists, and the dentists are all very welcoming and willing to take time to explain things to you. The receptionists have on multiple times walked me through my bill line by line. On one occasion they went through a great deal of effort and even called my previous dentist to find out about a previous filling that was making my current bill high. In collaboration with the dentist they were able to make some changes that saved me some money (fantastic!). The hygienist took the time to explain to me exactly what she was doing and gave me great pointers on how to care for my teeth better. What a wonderful experience! I visited Dr. Kevin Lam because he came highly recommended from a friend. Dr. Lam makes you feel at ease, he listens to everything I have to say about my foot pain. He was very gentle while examining my foot and explains properly why foot is in so much pain. I had surgery with him and I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Trabucco is the most knowledgeable and professional doctor I have ever met. He cured my incontinence and I had gone to 6 other urologists that couldn't help me. I would recommend him to everyone!

I was having several abdominal issues and Dr. Ritter didn't quit on me as others did. He kept going until he found the problem and fixed it. He preformed my Colonoscopy and my gallbladder surgery. He was very thorough in explaining all of his findings with my husband. He never acted as though he was looking down at us or better than us. He has an awesome bedside manner and answered all my questions and concerns. He's a very caring doctor and if you are looking for a general surgeon that won't give up, call his office!! They are all awesome!
I was referred to Dr. Kristin Miller, for a VH and bladder sling, by Dr. Edward Miller, my OB/GYN for over 25 years. Dr. Kristin Miller (daughter of my current Doctor) put me and my husband at ease and explained the procedurces in detail and answered any and all questions. I never felt rushed, her care, compassion and professionalism truly made me feel like I was always in the best hands!!! She made sure I was comfortable after surgery and stayed in contact with nurses day and night as I struggled with pain medication reactions. Along with daily visits, listened to me and put my health concerns first. Dr. Kristin Miller has extentive knowledge and experience. I feel very lucky and blessed to be under the care of two generations of outstanding and compassionate doctors!!!
