Dr. Senesie delivered my last two babies by c-section. Not only is she professional and impeccable when it comes to surgery and medical knowledge, but she has a comforting bedside manner and is very personable. She always has a smile and answered my questions thoughtfully. She never made me feel stupid or acted put out by my fears or redundancy! I had an extended stay in the hospital with my last child and I felt genuinely cared for by Dr. Senesie and the entire Simonds and Simonds practice.

Dr Gluck is a wonderful doctor. He can put you at ease when you are nervous,

I just came upon this site accidently. I couldn't pass by after seeing Dr.Muenzer's name. Like the first poster, I have been with Dr. Muenzer since he started the practice. I also was with the practice before Dr. Muenzer took over for the previous "doctors". First, the secretary, Sue and the nurse, Bik are wonderful. They make you feel like you are someone. I have decided to stay with them over the years because of this. When I heard the previous Doctor was leaving, I decided to see what the next doctor was like due to Sue and Bik. Well, Dr. Muenzer delivered my last 2 (of 4) babies. I put my life in his hands during each delivery. He is a wonderful man as well as Doctor.

Dr. Horlacher helped me deliver my son with no complications. When another doctor wanted me to terminate my pregnancy, Dr. Horlacher assured me that there were several options and we, together, made it thru my pregnancy, for the most part uneventful. My son is a very healthy 6 year old and I, too, am very healthy.

Having Kristen Fernandez as my physician has been a wonderful experience. She immediately made me feel a part of every decision in my health care. Within three consecutive office visits, she provided me with a diagnosis and a surgery appointment. Dr. Fernandez spends quality time with each patient and truly makes you feel like you are her only patient. Her bedside manner is delightful and reassuring. The office staff, especially the physician's assistant, are always available to answer questions and return calls promptly. Spending time in her beautifully decorated office makes me feel pampered and valued as a patient of Dr. Kristin Fernandez.

There is no better doctor in the ArkLaTex. He is the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever been to in my 61 years. He always remembers each client and exhibits great concern for their health. He will personally call with lab results and always follows up on every consultation.
He also has a great personality and bedside manner.
Don't let the name fool you! Go see him!

I started seeing Dr. Royal in May when I found out I was pregnant with my son. Dr. Royal is very friendly and personable yet also very professional and competent. Dr. LaSalle is a family practioner who specializes in Endocrinology and the balancing of a person's total hormone levels.
She is a wonderful listener which is in mho is the number 1 quality of any physician...no matter the specialty. She is also a "good" person whom I would be proud to have as a friend in my personal life if I were to be so honored.
I am 24 years past a total hysterectomy and I came to Dr. LaSalle with a low quality of life concerning my health and well-being.
After a very thorough appointment with many lab tests three months ago I have practically turned my life around with her prescriptions of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and her attention to the details of my varied illnesses. She does not prescribe anything that she doesn't think is absolutely required.
At 55 years old I felt 75 most days and now feel my age if not better.
The only item that could be better would be if she could be my primary practitioner and I would change over in a heartbeat.

Dr. Morice is WONDERFULL!! We had been seen by several doctors for infertility and he got us PREGNANT!! Afterwards we drove back and forth to his office in Morgan City and our pregnancy was complicated by many problems. He was always very attentive, and took plenty of time with us explaining why things were happening as they were happening, always in easy-to-understand terms. When it was time for our baby to be born Dr. Morice came to our hospital in Thibodaux and delivered me and was really just WONDERFULL!! We are so gratefull that a friend suggested Dr. Morice!!

Dr. Hoertz is AMAZING! I was told by many different doctors that I would not be able to have children. I now have two beautiful children and I have Dr. Hoertz to thank! Dr. Hoertz cares about his patients and takes the time to talk to you. I went into labor on a Sunday morning with my son and Dr. Hoertz was not on call that weekend. He came in and saw me through to my c-section! There aren't many doctors out there like him.

He was direct and to the point. He held eye contact when talking. Honest. Listens. Got my sense of humor. Was recommended by another Doctor as well as being the preferred Doctor of my co-workers at the hospital. Told me to read about my fibroids, cysts & about hysterectomies. Told me about the hystersisters website, and suggested that I review all related sites for info. Answered my questions, not thinking they were stupid. Made me feel involved in my own healthcare decisions. Went over ALL options as to what would and would not work for me, including the whys and why nots. I had a good feeling about him from the moment I met him. Very confident, but not cocky.

Dr. White was my OB/GYN for many years. The only reason he is not still, is that I moved too far away to continue seeing him. He is a godsend, ad directly responsible for the healthy delivery of my 3 children as well as the tubaligation performed by his partner at the time, Dr. Schneider.
I was quite young when I first became pregnant, and unlike other doctors I had seen, he was very understanding and did not treat me as if I was a complete moron.
During my second pregnancy, due to change of insurance, I briefly went to another OB. At my second appt. I asked a question regarding a new cyst that had developed. The Doctor's response was " You don't need to worry about that" and that was all. No explanation, nothing.
When I found out, immediately after this appointment, that Dr. White would accept my new insurance, I made an appointment with him. It was not even 5 seconds into my exam and I didn't even have a chance to ask about the cyst, Dr White noticed it, explained what it possibl... [More..]

Dr. Mielke was suggested to me by my sister. He has delivered 4 of her 5 children! I was having "girly" problems and didn't like the way my GP was addressing them so I went to Dr. Mielke.
He is a kind, mellow and gentle CHRISTIAN man. He has his own practice,so he is NOT part of a big "medical machine"!! His staff is warm, friendly and knowledgable.
After trying many different avenues I will be having major surgery the end of this week. I trust him thoroughly. Through all of this he has treated myself, my husband and our 14 y/o son with kindness, concern and respect.

There is good news! Maggie is still around. All I can say right now it that she will be back next year but nothing more at this time.
Her new web site is under construction. The URL is: drmaggieyu with the normal prefix and suffix stripped off to make it through the spam filter. I could have guessed it and should have tried but there it is.
She cannot contact former patients as you can understand and can have patients contact her through the grape vine, all for legal reasons. Please don't speculate on why things are as they are. This is important to her.
Just know that she WILL be available next year so keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
