Dr. Johnson is THE best doctor out there. He did my hysterectomy and he was fantastic. I will never go to any other OBGYN for the rest of my life. He is WONDERFUL!!

I would recommend Dr. Ballas he is an excellent surgeon. The only thing I would suggest is that there is more time for consultaion before surgery. I know it is a very busy office and therefore I feel rushed but overall I am satisfied in his care.

Dr. Barton is a great doctor. He is the family physician for my whole family (My husband, 2 kids who are elementary age, and myself) we always get the answers we need. He is very kind and informative. He is great with the kids. His nurse is really great too.

I started seeing Dr. Allen in 2000 for blood in my urine. Dr. Allen ran a couple of tests and within only a few days, had an answer to the problem. I had been to other Urologists who ran some of the same tests for other problems, but never once mentioned this congenital defect before!
Dr. Allen is very caring and compassionate. He explains things in an easy to understand way and ensures you understand everything going on. He is always available by phone. Anytime I've had a problem and needed to be seen, I was seen the same day!
You will not go wrong with Dr. Allen!!

All I can say is that I am full of gratitude and so is my family. I have long story of suffering and pain. Dr. Horlacher has saved my life as well as been a doctor for both of my pregnancies. He is the most caring doctor a person can have. Thank You Dr. Horlacher. I recommend him to any woman that needs someone to truely listen and support her through whatever process of healing she needs.

Dr. Michael Dern is truly a "one-of-a-kind" doctor. Yesterday I was in his waiting room for a 4:00 appointment, arriving on time but finding 7 of his patients still waiting to be seen. Understandably patients of his know that waiting to see him is part of what makes him unique. He takes the time to listen. His resultant care means truly individualized medicine. He balks at protocol and insurance standards and does what he knows is best for his patients. I put forth this recommendation at the risk that more people will want him for their own medical care---I'd really like to keep him as my best kept secret!
Let me ask you this? When was the last time your own doctor called your home to see how you were feeling or how you were reacting to medication he/she prescribed for you? Or when was the last time you spoke with your doctor fully dressed in his/her office. This would be routine if Dr. D (as he's know) was your doctor!

Eleven months ago, my husband had heart surgery. Five months ago, I had heart surgery. Needless to say, we haven't been the luckiest couple, but we have been lucky to find great doctors who seem to genuinely care about us, even though we are in that Medicare age group that no one wants to see. Dr. Acuff (yes his first name is really Tea) was recommended to us by our internist as someone who is no nonsense but compassionate and someone who does not waste time when you are sick and need to go to surgery. That was the case with my husband eleven months ago and the experience was complicated by the fact that in his previous surgery, he literally died on the table and had to be brought back to life.
Dr. Acuff replaced a valve in my husband's heart and did bypasses for it and did it all in 4 hours. I went to see my husband an hour after surgery and he was sitting up in the bed, did not have the tube in his mouth, and was talking with his nurses. After what happened with his knee sur... [More..]

Dr. Wu was my husband's anesthesiologist for his heart surgery eleven months ago and mine for my heart surgery five month ago. We were terrified of the surgery for my husband because two years ago he had surgery at a hospital where we used to live that had only nurses doing anesthesia and he got the wrong medication and literally died then was brought back (for knee surgery!). Dr. Wu called the day before surgery, spent almost an hour answering our questions, explaining every detail of the surgery and his part in it, and getting my husband's medical history. He was kind, compassionate, even funny but in an appropriate way, and made me feel like he really cared about my husband like a family member would. He later called the other hospital, got his records, and found out exactly what happened in the first surgery and explained it to us, something the hospital and surgeon never clearly did. Dr. Jeffries performed my breast reconstruction immediately after my mastectomy. He was professional, highly skilled, cheerful and very comforting. He always had a smile for me and encouraged me in the months afterward, while I went through chemotherapy. He truly cares about his patients.
Fifteen years ago, my daughter was diagnosed with Crohns at Northwestern. We were forunate enough to get an appointment with Dr Hanauer who directed her care, and she has been in remission ever since. He is brillant, and extremely dedicated to his patients and his life's work. To any worried mother, his is your man.

Dr. English perfomed a DaVinci assisted lap. myomectomy and D&C on me earlier in Feb. at St. Johns Hospital. I am glad and thankful that he was able to have a look at everything and remove the fibroid. He has an excellent bedside manner and took good care of me while I was in the hospital. I feel like I finally found a doctor who would listen to my concerns and not just try to get me to take the Pill, etc. without looking at what is wrong. I will definitely be back to him in future!!!
I also have to say that while I hope I don't need surgery again, St. Johns is a wonderful hospital to have it! All of the nurses and aides who took care of me were soooo nice!

I was treated by Dr Bailey for endrometrial cancer and I very strongly recommend her to any woman who finds herself with a cancer diagnosis. It has been over a year since I have seen her as I happily was at my five year mark being cancer free. I was 33 years old and had to have a total hysterectomy and I felt Dr Bailey was professional but also had just the right amount of personal touch to really establish an amazing connection. Gladly I have not had to refer any friends to the Dr but should any of my loved ones be diagnosed I would not hesitate to strongly recommend Dr Bailey.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lerman's for the past 5 years. Every visit continues to impress me.
This is truly the first doctor I have ever gone to that respects my time and is very generous with his. I have NEVER felt rushed, in fact I am always impressed by the amount of time he spends with me. He is thorough, patient and I believe he sincerely cares.
I find Dr. Lerman easy to speak to and feel he has a great manner about him.
Simply put I have never before been moved to seek out a way of complimenting and sharing such a gifted professional.

Dr. Holeman is amazing! He has the best bed side manner and truly gets to know his patients. I had a high risk pregnancy and he helped to educate me and make me feel at ease when I came to see him. He takes the time to explain any processes or procedures that may be needed. I love his entire staff. The team is very dedicated and concerned about everyone that walks in the door.

Dr Green is the very best. They don't get any better. I started out with Dr. Green and a cyst. He removed it and since then has delivered my three children. If I was to have more (which I am not) He would definalty be the only one to deliver them. This world needs more Dr. like him. He is professional when he needs to be, compassionate when needed and has a wonderfull sense on humor. What else can I say HE IS THE BEST!!!!!!
