Dr Yu has been as other have said; very attentive and cares about her paitents. My whole family has been under her care. She has helped my son with his asthma in a way no other speicialized asthma doctors have.
I was able to contact Dr. Yu and she is planning to open up her own practice in March. I hope to know more, but she encouraged me to encourage folks who want to find her to seek her out, she cannot contact you first.

Dr. Ekaldry is very personable and very knowledgable. I find her very patient and is very detailed in her explanations of my condition, which is pelvic floor dysfunction. I had never heard of it and was relieved to have a diagnosis.

Dr. Wheeler has been my doctor for over 8 years. He is a truly kind and gentle man. He is a professional but truly cares for his patients. He senses the needs of his patient. He is very sympathetic and listens to how you are feeling not just the medical facts. He goes to great lengths to make sure that you understand what is going on and are comfortable with any decisions. He also seems to genuinely remember me and my history each time I am in his office. I don't feel as though I am a number to him like some doctors. He has been my OB for four pregnancies. In the last one, he took me back as a patient at 34 weeks and did everything he could to help me have a successful delivery. He recommended an external version with my third pregnancy and it was successful. I was able to avoid a c-section. He also performed an external version the day I was induced with my fourth pregnancy.
Anyone who is looking into Bariatric Surgery I would recommend Dr. Dan. He is a wonderful, caring and patient physician. He will take the time to answer all of your questions and make sure you are very sure of what you are doing as far as the surgery is concerned and your follow-up for life

Dr Yu is a fabulous physician. I was very disappointed to hear that she left Sherwood Providence. I'm hoping through networks such as this, I will be able to locate her. I started seeing Dr. Striplin when I was about half way through my pregnancy for my son in 2005. He gave me wonderful care and delivered my son in a calm and professional manner with out making it impersonal. I recommend him because he is not full of himself, he is very down to earth, and very interested in caring for his patients with a smile and light heart, which is very contaigous. He takes the time to truely listen to you and he speaks with you, not at you. Questions are answered in a timely manner with the most information possible. Compared to all the other doctors I've ever been seen by he is the most professional, trustworthy, honest and personable I have ever encountered.

Dr. King and her staff are wonderful! Friendly staff and compassionate and caring with all clients! She was willing to go the extra mile with me before my hysterectomy and explain everything that was going to happen! Her caring manner and kindness were amazing to me. I will continue to recommend her and her medical team! She also made my husband feel comfortable when discussing my health issues. She order all the appropriate tests answered all of my questions and put me at ease.

I am thankful for this site, as I called to day to set an apointment for my daughter who has CFS and found out that Dr.Yu is no longer at Sherwood - So thank you to those who have posted information so I could find her, and her web site.
She is an excellent Dr, and after starting with Sherwood Family Practice four years ago, we had big problems with one of the Dr.s there. Than we found Dr. Yu and stayed with SFP because of her.

Dr. Farber is OUTSTANDING! Not only was I an employee of his but I am also a patient. I have seen the pnemominal work he has done and the lives he has saved. His office is EXTREMELY busy and there may be a wait, but when it comes to him taking care of you he devotes the same amount of time..IT's worth the wait. His patients would travel hours to see him and they new that maybe they needed to bring a good book, but the type of care they would receive would replace their time....AWESOME DOC!!! #1.

Execellant Physician. I've known Dr. Tate for 19 years. My husband said he was an artist in the delivery of our son. He really takes time with his patients so you don't feel like you are just part of the cattle in a cattlle call. He's a caring professional who stays abreast of changes in his area for the total well being of his patients. Don't use him unless you want a to use a doctor who really cares about his patients.

If you want good care and don't want to look around endlessly, this is your last and final stop. She treats all the women in this family too. Her partner is fantastic also. That's Nancy Davis. Both doctors are competent, caring, gentle, and careful. Most women dread the stirrups and hate procedures at the GYN.
You can relax at this office. The doctors here are skilled and efficient.
Everything is explained to you and the nursing staff is great.
Thank goodness for doctors like Hafner and Davis!!!
I have had a colposcopy, paps, polyps removed and have taken my daughter here also. I feel happy knowing that she has a good GYN to start with for good gynecological health for life!

I worked over 11 years a Las Vegas Hospital in Labor & Delivery. Dr Wells is the best doctor I have ever seen. Besides him being an amazing doctor he is an even more amazing person. His beside manner is awesome, he is attentive to his patients and the most kind hearted person I have ever met. Though I don't need him as a doctor if I ever do ne a GYN he would be the one I go to. I would trust him with my life.

Dr. Bennett listened to me and gave lots of information and options for my situation. He listened to what I actually said and spent the time needed to understand what was going on with me. Dr. Bennett performed a hysterectomy on me using the DiVinci robot when other doctors just wanted to cover up the symptoms and not deal with the causes. Dr. Bennett also followed up with me personally after my surgery.

Dr Shin has been my gyn for several years now. She has a wonderful personality and is always in a good mood. I don't think I've ever seen her without a smile on her face. She listens attentively to what your saying and geniunely cares about you as a patient. I had problems with long, heavy periods for quite a long time. We tried numerous different options always being very conservative until we finally had to discuss a hysterectomy. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions and I know I must have driven her and her staff crazy with all my questions, but she never seemed aggrevated or annoyed. She addressed all my concerns and made me feel at ease about a very difficult decision. She always treated me with dignity and respect. She did the surgery and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Dr. Shin to anyone.
