He has been my OBGYN since 2001, and mom had him since the 1990's. He's thorough, concerned about any fears discussed. Has an on-site ultra sound, Delivered all three of my children, via C-section. Saw to it, I had some of the newer stitching and was thorough on follow ups.
Was good with my mom, even though her life ended. And now, he seems to make certain we are going to prevent this from developing into some more in me. I know other woman, in my area, that also swear by his expertise He won't lead his patients astray. Hard to find doctors as gifted as he is.
I have had numerous annual visits with him. He delivered my three babies. And here he is now, with this concerning marking on my cyst and is going to do the best he can to ensure I don't develop what my mom did. When I needed a phone consult, he was there. . His bedside manners are good. I cannot sign his praises enough.
I highly recommend Dr. Ho. She is very knowledgeable and does not rush my appointments. She took a lot of time to make sure all of my questions were answered and I went into my hysterectomy surgery knowing I was in good hands. Almost every nurse that I was in contact with at the hospital was also a patient of Dr. Ho. That made me feel even more secure. If the nurses go to her then you know she is a good doctor.
Just an update...almost to 13 years with no recurrent cancer from my initial diagnosis date of 10/13/2000 stage 3c. I will keep updating every year as Dr E is the ONLY reason I was able to have a chance to make it this far!

The best dental experience I've had. First off, everyone in the office is very nice and helpful, which goes a long way. As far as the actual dentistry, they explain everything in depth, make sure you're comfortable at every step of the way, and they even hide the needle until the last second. They really try to make it as comfortable an experience as possible. Thanks, guys!
Dr. Robinson took the time I needed to explain everything to me so that I felt comfortable with the surgery and post surgical recovery. I could not be more happy with the results.
Dr. Billings has been my OB/GYN for about six years now. He did my pre-natal care and delivered my two youngest babies. Most recently he performed a Transvaginal Hysterectomy and Rectocele repair on me after pelvic organ prolapse. I also had a Bladder Sling procedure by a urologist Dr. Billings recommended at the same time.
Dr. Billings is the most dedicated doctor I have met. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure his patients are taken care of. He once called me on a Sunday after learning that my labs from Friday had showed a bladder infection. I feel that most doctors would have let it wait until Monday and let their nurse call. He is also pretty straight to the point which I really appreciate. I have always left his office feeling comfortable, confident and informed. He comes with so much experience that I honestly can't think of one thing that would have made my experiences any better than they already were. My fiancee and I were both very nervous and scared about the entire operation procedure but I must say I have never met a doctor who cares so much about his patients which in turn made us both feel good that we were in great hands with Doctor Stanhope. My finacee was having a very difficult time just prior to operation and was nearly having an anxiety attack, doctor Stanhope held her hand and was able to get her mind off the operation and she has never had that kind of care from any doctor. I highly recommend doctor Stanhope and feel he may be one of the best surgeons / doctors out there professionally and personally.

Doctor Stoy is the "real life" doctor who truly cares about his patients as if they were his own family. He will always do what's right for his patients, even if it means putting himself in an awkward or uncomfortable situation. He did this for me when I thought the results of a diagnostic test had been compromised. This study was not performed at his facility or even at his hospital. he could have easily used the non-affiliation as an excuse for non-action. He didn't. Instead, he went out of his way to make things right for me. He called up the department head and convinced him to administer another test at no extra cost or inconvenience to me. His concern was for what was best for me, not how it might make him look, or what others might think of him. Pretty impressive!

Dr. Finkelstein is a gyn-onc, a specialty not listed as a choice. I was referred to her by a labor/delivery nurse who worked with her after I was told by a local (small town) ob-gyn that I had a "problem". She took immediate action regarding my aggressive uterine cancer. I found her to be knowledgeable, personable, and has the ability to explain the details of my cancer in words easily understood by me. Her followup care includes chemotherapy at her location, staffed by excellent, caring, and personable nurses. She meets with her patients each time during the chemo to discuss progress and problems. I trusted her completely and have been very pleased with the care, treatment, and progress of my care. I initially spent three weeks in the hospital following a TAH/BSO with complications. I saw her almost every day and she was on top of anything she perceived as a problem immediately. I was referred to Dr Vanderquaak by my GYN when she detected Uterine Cancer. I can't say enough about the professional manner of this gentle man. His compassion, his concern, his way of explaining things, answering questions and his knowledge of caring for me were outstanding! I trusted him right away and he made me feel less afraid of my surgery. I am thankful for his tender care during this scary experience in my life.
I recommend Dr. Otto for her calm and cheerful demeanor and top notch surgical skills. Her office staff is also very competent and caring. I never feel rushed at my appointments, and have time to ask all the questions I have.
My prolapse repair/hysterectomy surgery went smoother than I could have imagined, and I am sure that her expertise had something to do with that.
Too bad most doctors don't hold a candle to her!

Dr. Hudec is one of the best GYNs in Springfield. My friends and I have had similar problems and Dr. Hudec handled my care better than my friend's Doctors did. I recommended him to them, but they choose to stay with their doctors and are still having the same medical problems.
Dr Hudec also tells you what needs to be done, and what exactly he did.
He is always friendly and smiles when you are there for an exam.
Dr. Hudec has been my GYN for the last 8 years. He is the best GYN I have had the pleasure of being a patient of. I would recommend him to all of my friends ( which I have a few times). Will take my Daughter to him also once she starts having pelvic exams.
Dr. Gershenbaum is a true professional as well as his staff. Marlon, Naumara, Marsha, and Maria took such good care of me on the day of my surgery. Anytime I had questions after, they were very patient and answered all of them without rushing me. Dr. Gershenbaum has changed my life in a way that I cannot express enough in words. I had a mastopexy and I can tell you that I never thought that my breasts could look so wonderful! They look better than when I was a teenager. He also has so much patience when I have any questions or concerns. A true professional and artist!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zemmel for several years now. He performed my initial mommy make-over procedures and got fantastic results. It was a pleasure working with him as well as Emily. She is such a wonderful person and very professional, always willing to help out. Now I am back for additional improvements and look forward to my new results...TRD
I was lucky to find Dr. Amy Abouzied when my uterine health was in rapid decline. She spent as much time as I needed discussing options that led to my LAVH (hysterectomy). Two days before the operation I changed my mind about the DaVinci surgery and her main concern was that I was comfortable with my decision, and we went forward with the LAVH. I was so scared and she really got on the level with me to calm my fears. I am 15 days post op and so happy I won't be suffering anymore. I couldn't be happier with having her as my doctor. Full recommendation. I went around in circles for years with other specialists and we cut right to the chase. She listened to exactly what I was saying and dissected every option until we arrived at this one. So much pain and time wasted. I wish I had some sort of criticism for improvement, but as far as I am concerned, she really shines in her chosen specialty. She understands without being jaded.
